We have lived in the Washington Metro area since childhood and have had to opportunity to raise our family here. We have watched this area grow from rural farm land to bedroom communities with shopping centers that support many jobs and businesses. The Metro area has expanded beyond places we could only imagine 25 years ago. Living in Maryland for our childhood then moving to Virginia when we married has given us an understanding of this market that most will never get the chance to know.

Our connection to the area has provided lifelong friends. From the many Neighbors, School teachers, Coaches and Business associates we know this is our home. There is no better way to understand the local community where you live or may wish to buy unless you live it. We would be happy to share our local knowledge of Virginia with you.

The focus of our market area stretches from Alexandria to Tyson Corner and Fairfax to Colonial Beach. Counties of Fairfax, Prince William, Stafford, Spotsylvania, King George, Orange, Loudoun and Fauquier.

Living and breathing Real Estate since childhood is normal for both of us. Our families have been in the industry since the 70's. For the past 20 years our involvement in Real Estate has exposed and educated us to the many cycles of the ever changing market.
